Hidden Lake Community Clubhouse Rental Reservation

Please use the form below to submit a reservation for the community clubhouse. All reservations require a $100
deposit (returnable after the event if no rule infractions), and $50 for the rental. If you are renting the back lawn as
well, an additional deposit of $100, and a fee of $50 will be charged.
Please submit your deposit and rental agreement in order to guarentee your reservation.
