Greetings
and welcome
to Hidden Lake Community's official Web site.
This site's primary purpose is to be a useful tool
in
conducting our Hidden Lake affairs. We hope to aid
residents by providing timely information, education
and even
provide a medium for the exchange of ideas and suggestions.
Furthermore, it is a modern and simple way for individuals
who are considering buying in the neighborhood to learn
more about the community. Thank you for visiting and
please return often.
Information:
We are now in the information age, and the modern way
of delivering timely information is via the computer.
Volunteer community members regularly update this site
with pertinent information including Board meeting minutes,
and upcoming community events. An assortment of forms
are also available to help residents with day-to-day
activities including Club House rental, car decals as
well as suggestion forms. You will also find contact
information for present board members, as well as for
the Association's security and management companies.
Education:
It has come to our attention that many new and old homeowners
alike are not completely familiar with the Oak Lake
Association's Rules and Regulations. You will find the
Bylaws and CC&R's along with other material that
will help the community have a clear understanding of
the dos and don'ts that keep everyone feeling safer
and the community well maintained. Other postings include
the history of Oak Lake, local community events outside
of our neighborhood and much more.
