MINUTES OF THE OAKLAKE ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
March 09, 2009

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. All board members were present except John and Katie.

Guests: Patti Ginise, Frank Miller, Marilyn Williams

Treasurer’s report:
Checking account: $8305.12
Reserve: $84,108.74

Minutes from last meeting were read and approved.
Stefani asked if anyone was present to dispute any fines or charges. There was no response.

Lot163 has outstanding fine of $750. Ask Evan to take to small claims court.
Lot 59 was fined for not taking xmas lights down

Security
Marilyn Williams is on the advisory committee@ Topanga station.
Global Custom Security will install an extra camera @ guard shack to take pictures of the blind spot.
The guard shack will be painted a semi gloss interior and a high gloss exterior.

Road Repair
GPM did a great job repairing the road in front of the clubhouse and on Denise Lane. They will seal coat the entire community on the 27, 28, and 29 of April.

Alec will set up the cleaning of the carpet.

Gazebo
9 feet $4825 all agreed to replace with a cupola plus add benches to the tennis courts.

CCnRs
Alec asked Heidi to go over the CCnRs and highlight the changes.
Katie gave some suggested regulations. The people at the meeting felt they were too strict. Alec will discuss it with her.

Corporate Pointe
The commission approved Trammel Crowe’s application. No retail-very little manufacturing-no assembly. The parking structure wall facing Hidden lake will be a solid wall. We need to monitor that they are following the rules that are set.
