Lot #154 claimed bankruptcy several times before and they are having trouble paying their fees, they are in rears for $1800.  We will start procedure to ask for back pay money from them.

Lot # 194 had a lien put on them on December 2009 and has not paid the back fees and dues.  They put a request for parking stickers which was not accepted since after repeated request for the names of the tenants, we still do not have their names.

Stefani read an email from Kathleen Salak Maginnis regarding late payments, dues, and processing fees and would like the charges reversed.  After careful consideration and discussion, the board decided not to reverse any of the charges.  Motioned by Stefani and seconded by Allec, with all remaining members in favor of the motion.
A second email was also read by Stefani from Antonio S. Alvarez who wants 30 days period in which to fix the problems with his lawn.  The board decided to extend the curtsey and give him the 30 days.

Topanga Police Report
Beware of the solicitors that are walking our neighborhood, there have been reports that they may be casing the homes for home robbery.  The video from club house was given to police in hopes thay can find some evidence of who attacked and killed the dog last month.  The board is going to review the cost of expanding our security system cameras and the storage capacity of the current system in order to better keep our community safe.  There was a shooting at Topanga Mall in May 2010 and the police was dispatched to the location but they were not able to find the suspect.

Maintenance Project
The board has discussed and reviewed all options available and presented to them regarding the gate around the lake and the existing gates that lead to the lake.  The decision was made to inform all homeowners around the lake that if the gate is deteriorating.  Stefani will present a letter to all home owners to be present and be heard on this matter.

New Business
