MINUTES OF THE OAKLAKE ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
April 13, 2009

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. All board members were present.

Guests: Patti Ginise, Frank Miller, Marilyn Williams, hank Zhaghi, Josh Rothman, Miguel Lozano, Cindy Nash and Regina

Minutes from last meeting were read and approved.
Stefani asked if anyone was present to dispute any fines or charges. Miguel Lozano wanted to dispute some charges. The conversation is on file.

Security
We are putting in cameras. Frank said we need wide cameras to see in front of the guard shack. Alec said we need cameras with tamper proof cases. Josh said that there are solicitors coming to his door. Dick will talk to security about the solicitors.

Clubhouse ceiling was repaired. Stefani will purchase 12 more chairs and one table for the clubhouse. No furniture is to be brought outside.

Street sweepers are the first and third Thursday.

Alec will set up the cleaning of the carpet.

Bullet points will now be included with the billing statements. One thing to be said is that people need to pick up their dog poop.

Gazebo is installed and looks great.

Parking area
Pool light fixture will be $22150. Alec motioned to approve the lighting for parking area, pool and tennis court. All in favor with the exception of Katie.

Heidi was not present to discuss this

Corporate Pointe
No report has been issued. When it comes out then the appeal period begins.

New business
There is a chain lock on the north entrance to the pool.
Kids are riding their bikes in the lake area, which is against the rules.
Slurry coat on April 27, 28, 29
Owner paid for repair to the street on Denise Lane, which was caused by the owner’s tree.
