Delinquencies
$15,720.10 in delinquencies
We will send a letter to people who are delinquent and ask
them to drop a note in the clubhouse mailbox if they want to
meet and discuss their delinquencies with the board. We need
to see if we can assess interest to the delinquent accounts.
Dick said we need a 3 to 5 year window on the streets. He is
waiting for a report on maintaining the streets.
Security
We had another issue with the Gordon children. A visitor who
was denied access refused to leave when the guard told him to
leave. He sat at the gate for 10 minutes and then left. Next time
Dave the guard will call the police.
We will lock all entrances to the lake and pool at 10:00 p.m.
Pool update
Frank feels there is a leak in the water return lines. These lines
have 4 outlets. We need to call in a leak detection company.
$490 is the service fee for the pool by Bob Bourrean of
Southwest pool and spa. However he has a very high bid for
repairs.
The clock does not work and the heater is hooked up to the
same area. Frank recommended that Heidi check with the pool
construction people to make sure that the heater works.
Awning
Cost is $2203.95 -$1100 deposit. It takes approx. 2 weeks for
installation. Forest green is the color. Alec made a motion
to accept. John seconded. All in favor.
Our insurance is continuing with the same company at a $785
discount.
Rules and regulations
We need to change the house rules to reflect the current
situations. Alec sent a fine schedule to Evan.
Dvry
Had a meeting with Trammel Crowe but they came back with
their same proposal. No changes. Hank Zhagi and Judy
went out canvassing south of Roscoe and got over 100
signatures. Bill Rose and Charlene Rothstein are the liasons
between us and the councilmen.
We do not want manufacturing, Fed-ex, retail or a 5 story
building. Retail will generate 2x as much traffic as offices. The
traffic engineer said he will come to our meeting and discuss
traffic.
Alec made a motion to come up with sign designs. Stefani
seconded. All in favor. Hank suggested putting a trailer with an
A frame and move it around to make people aware.
Social
Rental of the clubhouse will be revisited after renovation.
Community garage sale will be on May 17th.
Dick and Frank organized the key cabinet and Dick handed
out sheets stating what each key is for.
Sol asked what we are doing about the fish population in the
lake. Robert will contact a company in Orange county that
stocks fish for lakes. We have 3 sets of Canadian geese.
Meeting was adjourned @ 8:45 p.m. |
