MINUTES OF THE OAKLAKE ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
June 8, 2009

Meeting was called to order @7:30 p.m. All board members were present except Katie. . Minutes from the May 8th meeting were read and approved.

Guests
Frank Miller, Patty Ginise, Hank Zhagi, Heidi Mulligan, Marilyn Williams, Jeff Baker, Nancy Drago, Greg Kaiser, Regina and David.

Treasurer’s report
The treasurer’s report will be available on request since it was not sent by the management company.

Delinquencies
Foreclosure on lot 76 was voted on and all approved.
We are going to send letters to people in arrears not to attend the July 4th to prevent public embarrassment. If they are observed to be in the area then they will be fined $150
Stefani asked of there was anyone who wanted to dispute any fines or collections or letters sent.
Security
Additional camera @guard shack. Lighting being put in at 9 a.m. on 6/9/09. There has been suspicious activity at the end of Carla Lane.
The exit arm will always be down
Pool update
There is a leak in the flower bed by the pool . Dick will have the landscapers look at it.

There was an home inspection tour by Katie and Dick. Katie
Katie has the list.

Aerator in the lake needs to be checked.

Corporate Pointe
Planning and land use is seeing the application and then it goes to the City Council

Garage Sale
There will be an ad in the Penny saver. Heidi will put out signs.
$500 to Heidi for July 4th

Storage Containers
The container on Denise will be removed by June 13th and the one on Samra will be removed by June 16th.

Samra House addition
In reference o the addition on Samra Drive. The board voted unanimously to allow a Princess balcony with the connotation that a Princess balcony is for decorative purposes only and is non functional and cannot be accessed from the house.

Garbage Cans
They must be behind garage lines and not visible.

Satellite Dishes
Any satellite dishes need to be on side or back of house.

Jeff Baker came to the meeting to discuss his landscaping
Issues. We will hold the fine until we see if the landscaping is maintained.
