BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
October 12, 2009

Meeting was called to order @7:30 p.m. All board members were present except Dick. . Minutes from the September 14th meeting were read and approved.

Treasurer’s report
Operating balance- $19779.04
Reserves- $44,099.54

Topanga Police Report
Marilyn Williams said that Brian Thompson is our area motorcycle officer His phone number is 1-818-644-8145
There is a town hall meeting on November 19th at the West Valley Christian Church
There is a children’s day @ Woodlake Park on Nov. 21

Security
The guards are abusing the usage of the phone and Stefani recommended that it be deducted from their monthly bill. All
in favor.
Security needs to know how to release the arm in case of a power failure. We will tell Dick about this.

Pool update
Pool and leak all done, fixed and paid.

New Business
The Habermans are doing construction and intend to put a bin on the street for approx. 4 weeks. They will be required to put
Signs on the bin if the bin is over 4 feet high. They also brought our attention to the brush behind their
House and others being too high. We need to look into this.
