Special Board Meeting
November 17th, 2003

Stefani had requested a meeting of the board because when a vote was taken for the snow at the holiday party, she was not contacted.

Elsie Brown wrote a letter stating her concerns about the party. She said it was frivolous. Candy said we deserve this party and our children deserve this.

Stefani said that she had spoken to some homeowners and they felt that it wasn’t practical and she felt she had to make the board aware of their concerns. Michael said that the $1300 is available for the party under our social expense budget.

Tami made a motion to have the snow for the holiday party at the cost of $1300. Candy seconded. All in favor. The party will be December 13. 2003 at 10:30 a.m. at the clubhouse.

After much discussion Stefani made a motion to increase the dues by 10% instead of the 20% recommended by Michael. There was not a second to her motion.

Michael made a motion to increase the dues by 20%. Dick seconded. Candy and Tami in favor. Stefani opposed.

Guests were Hank Zhagi, Heidi Mulligan, Todd Fritts, Kathy Boyd and Jana Weber. Meeting was adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
