Special Board Meeting with Jim
November 17th, 2003

This meeting was called to discuss Jim’s responsibilities.

He said he was not familiar with the new system installed in the lake and the new lights by the wall in the front of the community.

He wants the gardeners to have a water valve key. Tami said that some of the valves had been changes. Candy said to make sure that Jim has all the keys.

Jim said he will prime the old wood and paint around the clubhouse. He has cleaned and painted the rails on both of the bridges. He has pulled the blow down on the lake. Dick said he would like to set up a meeting with the lake maintenance and Jim.

Jim is responsible for the maintenance of the common area and the pool area.

He said he will hose down the tennis courts once a month.

Candy said we will write up a contract of Jim’ duties.

Meeting ended at 9:00 p.m.
