David Kaufman read the Board’s Annual Statement. There being no further business, the meeting was called to adjournment.

MINUTES OF THE OAKLAKE ASSOCIATION
ELECTION MEETING
DECEMBER 10, 2005

Ballots were counted and there were 39. This could not be recognized as a quorum of the voting membership which is defined as one-half of the membership. Thus, the meeting was adjourned until December, 12, 2005 wherein the number of votes that will be needed is only 50.

Note: Election Meeting originally scheduled for December 10, 2005 was postponed due to a scheduling conflict at the Clubhouse. The regular December meeting and continuation of the Election meeting will be held on Monday, December 19, 2005.
